SPI NAMED TOP STAR BY NASA

Dave Brown and Brian Tanner of Space Port Indiana were recognized as NASA TOP STARS for 2010. The honor, afforded to those who provide unique educational programming for K-12 students, was announced this week. Space Port Indiana has been delivering STEM programming since it began operations in 2008. The award recognizes the outstanding curriculum that SPI creates for students across America. The STS-125 Jr. Mission Expert program was the stand out offering for SPI and is now available for teachers to use in the classroom.
